This 1965 ford thunderbird has undergone a extensive restoration back in the late 80's and early 90's. It is powered by its 390 4bb v8 engine and backed up by its automatic transmission. There are a lot of photos and receipts showing the restoration performed from 1989-1993. The restorer spend 7500 dollars alone on the chroming of the bumpers striping the body to bare metal pulling the drive train and putting a very nice red paint job inside and out. There are pictures showing the car dissembled and the engine out so it could have a quality repaint. In 1989 the paint job chrome work engine out was all performed at a cost of over $7500. In on trade is this eye catching 1965 ford f100 ranger 1/2 ton short box pickup. It is powered by a great running and highly detailed 429 v8 4bb engine and backed up by an automatic transmission. This A code fastback to my knowledge came from the factory as a legit GT Car and that is just how it was restored. We started with a real good shell and replaced pretty much all the floor pans quarters hood doors and trunk lid. We then went thru and had its 289 v8 completely rebuilt and mated it to a nice shifting 4 speed transmission
